Dine at Paladar and unearth some gems from our Latin American wine list. We have a particular focus on South America's unique “Criolla” wines and a growing selection of low and zero alcohol bottles. We also showcase a good mix of wines by the glass to encourage discovery of less well-known grape varieties and styles.

Wine cellar

Our wine cellar is carefully curated and goes well beyond big Argentine Malbecs and Chilean Carménère. We stock wines from countries as diverse as Peru, Ecuador, Uruguay, Brazil and Mexico. The list also encompasses a wide range of different wine styles and grape varieties – some of which may be quite obscure and unfamiliar – but all worth trying!

Latin Spirits

Our selection of spirits is equally diverse and eclectic going well beyond Tequila and Rum. Discover our extensive selection of Mexican Mezcal, Sotol and Raicilla, Brazilian Cachaça, Corn Whiskey from Mexico and an extensive selection of gins from several Latin American countries. We are also famed for our classic and signature cocktails and mocktails.

Fully Licensed

We are licensed to sell wines and spirits for consumption both on and off our premises. So whether it’s a celebratory dinner at Paladar or you are simply stocking up your supplies at home, our enthusiastic and knowledgeable team are on hand to advise.

FAQ Drinks

Can we bring our own wine (BYOB) to Paladar? Is there a corkage charge?

We encourage our guests to discover the Latin American wines from our diverse list. However, if you would like to bring your own wine you may. There is normally a corkage charge of £25 per bottle for still wine and £30 per bottle for sparkling wine. If you wish to bring special vintage wines or magnums, please contact us for a quote.

Can we just drop in at Paladar for cocktails or a glass of wine?

We have a restaurant licence (not a pub/bar licence) so we are not allowed to sell alcohol for consumption on the premises without some food. Generally, we offer full meals, but subject to availability, we may be able to offer you a glass of wine or a cocktail with some nibbles or desserts.

Do you stock any alcohol-free wines and beers?

Yes, we have two zero-alcohol wines and a zero-alcohol beer. We also list several lower alcohol wines (12%ABV and below) with one as low as 8.5% alcohol.

Do you have vegan-friendly wines?

We list several vegan wines (which do not use any fining agents made with animal products). Most of the unfiltered/unfined natural wines are also vegan. Please check our Vegan Menu, which lists these wines.

Can we pre-pay for a bottle of bubbly to be on the table for our friends who are coming for dinner?

Yes, you can buy a bottle of our house sparkling wine on our Gift Vouchers page. Once you have paid just send us the code and we will have the bottle chilled and waiting in an ice bucket on the table for when your friends arrive.

Do you offer drinks packages for groups?

For larger groups on a budget, we can offer special “drinks packages” -
6 bottles of our Chilean “house” red or white wine for £150 (equates to £25 per bottle)
10 bottles of Favela Beer for £50.
10 soft drinks (Coke, Sprite, Juices – but excluding Jarritos) for £25

Do you serve jugs of cocktails?

No, our barman makes our cocktails to order and serve them by the glass. However, if you are a group having one of our sharing menus and want to have the specially-priced welcome cocktail, it is helpful to know in advance so that we can be properly prepared.

Can we buy bottles of wine and spirits to take home?

If you enjoyed the wine you had with your meal, or would like to discover other Latin American wines and spirits, our adjoining Bodega is licensed to sell wines and spirits to take home.
We sell our complete range of wines and spirits at retail prices (50% of the drink-in price). There is a further 20% discount if you buy six bottles at the same time. We are open for wine and spirit retail sales throughout the day until 10pm

Can we order wines online and have them delivered to our home?

At the moment we only take payment in person in the restaurant, but if you would like a case of 12 premium wines delivered, please contact us and ask.
