Paladar is situated at historic St George's Circus, London's first purpose-built traffic intersection - dating from 1771.

The landmark obelisk milestone marks one mile from Fleet Street to the north, London Bridge to the north-east and the Houses of Parliament to the west.

The area to the south is home to a large Latin American community, placing Paladar both geographically and culturally at a crossroads between the various communities it serves.
