Latin American cuisine is known for its variety of flavours, distinctive spices and fresh ingredients. We have gone all out to bring you a creative experience of fresh aromas and innovative recipes. And all of our dishes are 100% gluten-free, making Paladar a coeliac’s heaven!
Our Daily Menu is bursting with tasty Latin packed nibbles and inventive, flavour-packed dishes.
Our Weekday Set Menu offers a delicious, convenient, great-value meal—perfect for lunch or pre-theatre dining
For a truly memorable dining experience try Chef Jose’s Tasting Menu with or without wine pairings.
For parties of more than 10 we generally only offer our Fiesta Sharing Feast Menu. This does not require pre-ordering and includes a selection of our most popular dishes presented as a sharing feast.
For those with smaller appetites, we have a “Lite” version of the Fiesta Menu, which we we can offer lunchtime any day and dinner (except Friday and Saturday).
We also have a great value 3-course Sharing Set lunch, which can be served for parties of six or more at lunchtime any day.
Please check the seating options and special rules that apply to parties of more than ten guests.

Sharing Set Lunch Menu is available for parties of six or more at lunchtime any day.
Our kitchen is 100% gluten-free and our food is therefore ideal for coeliacs. From the bar most drinks are gluten-free. We normally have at least one gluten-free beer and our Mexican whiskey is made from corn (maize).
It is very important that we know if you have any allergies and we will normally always check about this before you order. Whilst we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, please note we cannot guarantee that there are no traces of nuts or other allergens in any of out food. Please check our Allergen Matrix (above) if you would like detailed information about what allergens may be in each dish.
Some dishes are more spicy than others, but our cuisine is generally very approachable. We do use chillies (aji) but the spiciness is not in the same league as some African and Southeast Asian dishes. In many cases we can put spicy sauces on the side. Our staff are ready to assist in this respect and make suggestions.
We do not have a special children’s menu. Our dishes are designed to be shared, so children can participate in the discovery of the food and try several different dishes. Our staff can make recommendations, and we can put sauces on the side if necessary.
We have a number of vegetarian, vegan and seafood dishes, which may be considered halal. Some of the meat is halal – please check with your server. However, we do serve pork and alcohol in our restaurant; some Muslims with particularly strong beliefs may therefore regard the restaurant as unsuitable to dine in.
Chef Jose’s Tasting Menu should be requested before arriving, and the last sitting for the Tasting Menu is at 8.15-8.30pm (6.15pm on Sundays). This is partly because we recommend a minimum of two-and-a-half hours to enjoy the Tasting Menu.
We do not serve the Tasting Menu for parties of more than 10 guests. (We offer the Fiesta Sharing Feast Menu for parties of more than 10). On Friday and Saturday evenings we may have to restrict the maximum table size for the Tasting Menu to four – the only exception being the Chef’s Table, where we can offer the Tasting Menu for up to 10 guests every day of the week.
Because it is presented as a series of small courses we do not recommend mixing-and-matching the Tasting Menu with the Daily Menu on a table.
Please note: whilst we will always try to accommodate guests who would like to have the Tasting Menu without requesting it in advance, it is not always possible to do this.
There is a vegetarian Tasting Menu and we can usually tweak this to be fully vegan. Please let us know in advance if you are vegan and we will do our best to give you a vegan Tasting Menu experience.
